Sudesh has joined Laggan in 2023.

He started his career in the company secretarial services field over 35 years ago. He moved to UK in 1990 and qualified as a professional company secretary in 1992.

He became an associate member of the Association of Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in UK since 1995.

Other than providing company secretarial services, including companies set up and attending to all statutory requirements for UK and some other offshore jurisdictions, he is also familiar with the reconstruction of companies statutory records, resolving internal companies disputes among directors/shareholders of companies and providing guidance on UK company law.
